FAQs
Initial appointments: how are they scheduled?
Initial appointments may be scheduled by telephone. We will need to clarify information such as address, phone number, billing information, your primary care physician and whether a referral is required.
What if my insurance requires a referral?
If your insurance requires a referral, we ask that you obtain this prior to your scheduled appointment. Without this referral we will be unable to provide services to you at the time of your appointment.
Follow-up appointments?
We will try to schedule a follow-up appointment at the end of every visit with us. If you call in for an appointment we may need to refer you to the nurse to determine the type of visit required.
Appointment reminder?
We have an automated service that will call and confirm your appointment two days before your visit.
