To save time you can pre-register online as a new patient at any of our offices, print and fill the required forms, and bring them with you to the office.

Is there telehealth or online access for records?

Through your mobile phone, tablet or computer visit a provider from your home, job, or where ever you are in Georgia, when you need care. You can pay bills, manage appointments, see records and results, and sign up for patient portal access via the Online Services.
