Telemedicine Information

In an effort to keep our patients and health care workers safe, we are offering virtual visits and phone visits. This service is available to both new and existing patients. Patients should call 501-686-6560 to schedule a telemedicine appointment.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

For your first appointment, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card along with a list of any medications you’re taking, including over-the-counter medications. You should also bring any medical records you can provide, including slides or test results from other clinics.

How to refill prescriptions?

To refill a prescription, please ask your pharmacy to send an eScribe request to our clinic. If you originally filled your prescription at the UAMS Outpatient Pharmacy, you can also refill your prescription online using MyChart.
