This ACGME-accredited, two-year fellowship focuses on comprehensive clinical training with opportunities to pursue basic science and clinical research.
What outpatient clinical experiences are included?
Multidisciplinary clinics in sarcoidosis (with Cardiology and Pulmonary), inflammatory myopathy (with Neurology), uveitis (with Ophthalmology), and two specialized systemic lupus erythematosus clinics. Fellows have two half-day continuity clinics.
Are there elective opportunities?
Yes, electives are available in Pediatric Rheumatology, Orthopedics, and Pain Management.
What is the fellowship's scholarly activity expectation?
Fellows consistently achieve at least one peer‑reviewed publication during their training.
