Who can use the Occupational Health Clinic?
All military personnel, Department of Army Civilians (DOD), and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) employees at Ft. Bliss and WBAMC.
How are appointments scheduled?
All visits to the OH Physician must be made by appointment. Appointments are scheduled by contacting 915-742-9952/5247.
Are there walk-in hours?
Yes, walk-in hours exist for certain visits per posted hours.

On-the-Job Injuries: reporting and forms.
Report to supervisor immediately; supervisor completes CA-1 online and submits to DOL; Active Duty personnel complete DA 285AB; needle-sticks/exposures seen in ER ASAP and follow up with OHC within 72 hours.

Provided at the Occupational Health Clinic by appointment with the OH Physician and/or Registered Nurse.
