How to register for Diabetes Education Self-Management Program?

Free pre-diabetes classes are offered quarterly to help individuals learn strategies to prevent the onset of diabetes. Classes do not require a physician order and registration is not required. Classes are held at Beloit Memorial Hospital. Please check in with the hospital front desk on arrival so staff can escort you to the meeting site.
