Do you require a referral for new patient visits?
Yes, a referral is required for all new patient visits.

Can refills be authorized after hours?
We cannot authorize refills if you have not been seen for a planned office visit. Prescription requests will not be accepted after hours except for medical emergencies. Please allow 72 hours for your provider to approve refills outside office visits.
