FAQs
Do I need to make an appointment?
In addition to simply walking in, we do offer a “Save a Spot” option that allows you to save your spot in line and decrease your wait time at the urgent care facility rather than making an appointment.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Our goal is to see patients up until closing time. However, to ensure high-quality care, walk-in patients may be limited based on availability. You can save your spot in line or use our On-Demand Virtual Visits, available 7 days a week from 8 am to 8 pm.
How much is a typical urgent care visit?
For insured patients, we collect your deductible and/or your co-pay at the time of service, and then bill your insurer for you. After your insurer sends an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) to us, IU Health Urgent Care will bill you for any balance still due. If you don’t have insurance coverage, our rates are very affordable for self-pay patients.
