FAQs
What is a home sleep test and how does it differ from an in-lab sleep study?
A home sleep test is a study administered in the comfort of your home and is specific for diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea. It is less comprehensive than an in-lab attended sleep study. It monitors oxygen saturations, snoring, and breathing patterns. The sleep technologist will instruct you on how to use the device and will review results after you return the device; results are interpreted by our board-certified sleep physician.
