Plan for about 60–90 minutes for your first visit. This gives us enough time to complete a full hearing evaluation, discuss your medical history and symptoms, review your results, and walk through your treatment options without rushing. Follow-up appointments are usually shorter.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your insurance card, a list of any current medications, and any previous hearing test results if you have them. If you currently wear hearing aids, bring those too, we can evaluate how they are performing as part of your visit.
Can I have minor repairs and adjustments at the Bountiful office?
Most minor repairs and adjustments can be handled right at our Bountiful office, often while you wait. For devices that require manufacturer service, we handle the process for you, shipping, tracking, and fitting the device back to you when it returns. Routine maintenance is included in your treatment plan.
