Patients praise
- Some patients report receiving wonderful care with responsive providers
- Programs offer integrated mental health and substance use treatment options
- Newer initiatives like intensive outpatient programs and peer centers aim to provide structured support and community resources
Common complaints
- Reports of poor discharge planning and lack of follow-up care
- Complaints regarding facility cleanliness and maintenance, including mold in showers
- Feedback suggesting staff inexperience and perceived lack of engagement
- Allegations that the facility is financially motivated rather than patient-focused
"I stayed a week at the center and during the time met with the one social worker who was covering the person on vacation for less than 30minutes. The staff was a mix bag but seemed to have very little experience... The facility was dirty and unkept. No one vacuumed or mop or cleaned the bathrooms. The shower had visible mold."
— Rehab.com user review"Wonderful care, provider actually listens. Love love love them!"
