"The primary doctor appeared nice and asked us whether we have health concern during our annual check up, I thought this is only out of his professionalism. I answered him without aware that this is separate charge. He gives a x-ray referral and wrote down the name of an over the counter medicine. We later got billed for two office visits for these two annual check up."
