No Call, No Show Policy
We are implementing a “No Call, No Show” policy starting January 1st, 2023. If you “No Call, No Show” an appointment or surgery, your account will be charged $10 for routine appointments and $25 for surgeries or dentals. If you cancel your pet’s appointment or surgery at least 24 hours before you are scheduled to be in the office, you will not be charged a fee. If you do not cancel, but rather don’t show up, a fee will be added and you will not be allowed to make future routine appointments or surgeries, until the “No Call, No Show” fee is paid, a deposit may be necessary to hold any future appointment or surgeries.
