To obtain your arrival time for surgery, what should you do?
Call your physician's surgery scheduler the day before your surgery, between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. If your surgery is scheduled for Monday, call between 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. the Friday before. If not contacted by 5 p.m., call 216.445.3128.
Who handles financial registration before surgery?
All patients will receive a call from a surgical registration representative prior to surgery to complete financial registration and ensure insurance information is current. You may also call 216.442.2271 to complete financial registration ahead of time.
Who bills the patient for charges related to the stay?
Cleveland Clinic will bill your insurance carrier for the charges; any balance not covered by insurance will be billed to you.
