What is the admission process for Morris County Assisted Living?

Before a care plan is chosen, each resident must complete an evaluation with our staff and meet the admission criteria to be considered a potential resident.

Is there a cost of living chart and what does it include?

The cost of living chart was updated in January 2025. Monthly rent includes apartment rent, basic utilities, routine maintenance, housekeeping and laundry, as well as personal services that fall under the appropriate service level for each individual. All meals are included in the rent.

Are there additional deposits and fees?

There are additional deposits including a $1000 community fee paid prior to occupancy, used for furnishings and upkeep. There is also a one-time pet fee of $850.
