Walk-in health center (no appointment needed) for established patients; acute care visits for non-life threatening medical issues.
Who can be seen at the Acute Care Center?
For all established Open Door patients. Open Door cannot accept anyone who is not already a patient.

Morning appointments accepted before 11:15 AM; Afternoon appointments accepted before 4:15 PM; schedule fills quickly; call ahead to check availability at (707) 443-4666.

Cough, chest or sinus congestion; sore throat; earache; nausea/vomiting; diarrhea/constipation; headache/migraine; pinkeye; eye injury; asthma/COPD flare; wounds/injuries; infections; STD testing; UTI/yeast infection; minor back/joint pain.
Can the ACC handle life-threatening conditions or work-related injuries?
No. If life-threatening conditions occur, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Department.
