"My son was a patient and while I understand everything they did billing wise is legal. It still felt shady. We were charged our copays after each visit like it was an office visit, so we never questioned what exactly was being billed. It was only later when we got a bill did we find out that they charged it as a procedure... Disclosing to the patient that it is not actually an office visit should be made very clear and it is not done at this facility."
