What Patients Say

Overall sentiment across review platforms: mixed

  • Birdeye: 3.5/5 stars (38 reviews)
  • Birdeye/LocalityBiz (DeMoss Rd location specific): 2.7/5 stars (3 reviews)

Patients praise

  • Some patients report friendly office staff (though this is more broadly associated with the practice)

Common complaints

  • Poor office communication and slow response times to portal messages
  • Vague communication regarding medical results
  • Concerns about unexpected billing and lack of transparency regarding insurance coverage

"The communication at this office is incredibly - & I mean INCREDIBLY - poor. I will send a message through the portal & half of the time, it takes 2-3 days to hear back from anyone. The other half, they won’t even respond."

Patient review via Birdeye/LocalityBiz

"Make sure you ask about possible costs. If the provider offers to do tests or anything along those lines, make sure if you have insurance that it will actually be covered or you know costs. Do not move forward with anything until you know unless you want to be charged unexpectedly."
