Imaging procedures require an order from your doctor. What happens after I get an order?

Once your order is sent to the Imaging Center at Bradley Plaza, your doctor will schedule your appointment and give you instructions, or the Imaging Center will reach out to you directly. You will receive an appointment reminder prior to your appointment and may receive further instructions.

Are there pre-certification requirements for imaging procedures?

Some insurance companies require pre-certification for certain imaging procedures.

How will my results be made available?

Your images will be interpreted by radiologists and your reports will be made available to your ordering physician as soon as possible. Results will also be available in your MyChart account.

What about medical record releases or copies of records?

A signed medical record release form must be submitted to Washington Regional Medical Records Department to send or release medical records to anyone. A fee may apply for copies.

What forms of payment are accepted at appointments?

Copays, deductibles and/or coinsurance must be paid at time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
