What are the appointment policies for illnesses?
We make every effort to schedule appointments for illness on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.
Are walk-ins available?
All visits require an appointment. Unfortunately, we do not take walk-ins but we will be happy to schedule the soonest available appointment for you.
What about physicals and well-child visits?
To keep you and your children healthy, regular checkups are recommended. When scheduling, some insurance companies pay for a physical/well-child visit only after 365 days since the previous visit; others pay for one visit per calendar year. Please call the customer support number on your insurance card if you are not sure.
Vaccines and immunizations?
If you have questions about the vaccines, how they work and if they’re necessary, talk with one of our board-certified pediatricians. The CDC also has a helpful handout about your baby’s first vaccines.
