Sick Visits
Same-day appointments are available when your child is ill. Call early in the day to schedule.
Prescription Policies
Prescriptions and refills are typically completed during scheduled office visits. Medication is prescribed to last until your child’s next appointment.
Prior Authorization Requirements
If your insurance requires a prior authorization, obtain the form from your insurance company. COPC will complete the documentation once the form is received.
Non-controlled prescriptions
There is no fee to rewrite non-controlled prescriptions. These must be picked up at the office.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy
