Do I need to see a doctor first?

Thanks to direct access, we can see any patient without a referral from a doctor for an initial evaluation. If our therapists believe that physical therapy is a good option for your needs, we can work with you and your physician to obtain a prescription for continued care. If your diagnosis requires additional expertise, we can also refer you to a specialist to handle your care.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Prescription for physical therapy from your referring physician (if applicable); Government issued photo ID; Insurance card(s); Patient forms (downloadable from the site) filled out and brought to the first visit; Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What formats do your appointments take and how long do they last?

Your first appointment typically lasts 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the injury. Following appointments usually last 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the treatment.

Do you accept insurances? Will insurance cover my therapy?

We accept most major insurances including Medicare, Tricare and workers’ compensation. We verify in-network and out-of-network benefits prior to your initial visit; payment for patient responsibility is due at the time of service.
