We are an Internal Medicine membership-based primary care practice, also known as Direct Primary Care or Concierge medicine.
How are services billed?
Our services are provided for a monthly or yearly membership fee. You can cancel your membership at any time.
What does the membership include?
Your membership includes however many office visits, phone calls, and messages are required to help you live your healthiest life possible.
How do visits and communication work?
We connect with you through office visits, phone calls, secure messages, text, and video visits.
Do you accept insurance?
We don’t bill your insurance for the care we provide, but if you have insurance you can continue to use it for care outside our practice (specialists, hospitalizations, surgeries, etc.). We try to minimize healthcare costs by doing as much as we can in our clinic.
Is telehealth available?
Telehealth visits are available via video visits, phone calls, and secure messages.
