First visits and establishment
Becoming established: A referral from the medical provider managing your condition is required. Once we receive your referral, we will contact you to schedule your first appointment.
What happens at the first appointment
Your first appointment: First visits typically last 30 minutes. We’ll take your blood pressure and weight (if desired), then you’ll meet one-on-one with your clinician to discuss your health concerns. Afterward, we’ll schedule any necessary classes or follow-up visits.
