What Patients Say

  • Rehab.com: 3.95/5 stars (38 reviews)

Patients praise

  • Attentive and high-quality care from doctors and nurses for general health needs

Common complaints

  • Difficulty scheduling appointments over the phone
  • Rude or dismissive communication from front desk and phone support staff
  • Challenges with mental health treatment and medication management
  • Inflexible hours for health programs (MOVE program)
  • Access difficulties for those without base credentials

"The doctors and nurses for general care are amazing and very attentive. Their MOVE program is pretty decent, but their hours for meetings are incredibly difficult to work around if you have a day job. Getting an appointment is a nightmare unless you go in person. However, the front desk personnel don't seem to know anything... and the personnel who transfer calls are incredibly rude and dismissive."
