Immunizations provided the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for children up to 18 years; $10 first visit per child, $5 each subsequent visit; Medicaid recipients free with valid card.
TB Medicine schedule?
TB Medicine provided the 2nd Thursday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and the 4th Thursday from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Well Child Clinic timing?
Well Child Clinic available the 2nd Friday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.; exams, development assessment, vision/hearing, nutrition counseling, vaccines, and blood count for birth to 4 years.
