Call the pediatrician or the Mental and Behavioral Health Access Team at (414) 266-3339; or visit the Emergency Department.

Wait times will vary based on daily demand. Appointments typically last 45 -90 minutes after the initial wait time, but can vary based on needs.
Who must accompany the child for evaluation?
All children and teens must be accompanied by an adult. Consent must be provided from a legal guardian in person or by phone.

What if the walk-in clinic is not open or I cannot wait?
Call your child’s pediatrician or Children’s Wisconsin Mental and Behavioral Health Access Team at (414) 266-3339. The Access Team is available 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday – Friday. You can also visit the Emergency Department on the Children’s Wisconsin Milwaukee campus, or an emergency room closest to you.
Is there a reservation option for clinic visits?
You can reserve your spot online ahead of time and wait at home until it’s your time to be seen. A reservation is not an actual appointment.
