"Every single time I come here I have to wait 1-2 hours to see my doc even if I had made an appointment. Once I came for a 11:30 appt and waited 2 hours to see a doctor for 10 minutes. The recurrence is this is unprofessional and quite frankly makes me want to switch doctors every time."
