How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment, you can call/text us at (808) 631-2682. Alternatively, you can proactively register in our AthenaPatient Portal (top right of this page) and request a visit via the Send A Message button.
Can I be seen via telehealth?
Depending on your needs, we may be able to see you via telehealth. We conduct video calls either via HMSA Online Care or FaceTime, for quick questions or basic needs. Together, we’ll decide if you need to come for an in-person visit or obtain further medical care.
Can I walk in, or do I need an appointment?
We aren’t able to accommodate walk-ins, but we may be able to schedule same-day appointments. Please call/text our office at (808) 631-2682 to inquire.
What if my issue is urgent?
We always try our best to provide care for a patient dealing with an urgent health concern, although we do not always have the ability as we are not an urgent care facility. If you have a symptom or concern that requires immediate medical attention, you can call/text us first, and if we are unable to assist in a timely manner, you may be advised to visit an urgent care or emergency room.
