What if I am not available during standard office hours?
For your convenience, we offer weekday, evening, and weekend appointments.
What if I have an urgent question or concern?
Your care team can be reached online through My Lahey Chart or by phone for time-sensitive questions. Patients who are in labor or who have urgent gynecologic needs can speak with a provider 24 hours a day. If you have an urgent question or concern during our office hours, you will be transferred to speak with one of our highly skilled Call Nurses. If you need to reach us after regular office hours, please call our main number (978-927-4800) and our Answering Service will assist you. If your call is urgent, they will have the provider on call contact you directly. Please note: If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911.
