"Tonight I was a patent at Herrin hospital. I believe I received the best care I have ever gotten from an ER STAFF! Most of the time if I have to go to the ER I am treated as a drug seekers. Not here. The nursing staff was amazing. The dr was phenomenal... I felt completely safe and cared for."

Birdeye user review

"At separate er visits... I was treated rudely and given less than empathetic, human care... the staff are cold, assuming, biased and unprofessional."
