"This facility needs to be replaced. The first thing is the sidewalk and parking lot is terrible, concrete is broken up and it's not handicap accessible. I don't understand how they are passing inspections. The service is very poor. Long waits time... The doctor only talks, he doesn't physically examine the patient."
