Do you participate with in-network insurance plans?

No. Sapphire Women's Healthcare does not participate with in-network plans and is cash-pay/out-of-network.

Do you bill insurance?

We do not bill insurance, but provide a superbill for you to file with your insurance. Reimbursement depends on your plan and deductible and is not guaranteed.

Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare?

We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid or Tricare.

Are you a primary care or general gynecology clinic?

No; due to the specialty nature of the clinic, we do not provide primary care or general gynecology services.

What about cancellations?

48-hour cancellation notice required; late cancellations and no-shows incur a $50 fee.

Do you accept health insurance?

Sapphire Women's Healthcare does not participate with in-network plans. It is a cash-pay, fee for service company and is not contracted with any medical insurance companies. You may use an HSA or FSA. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do you provide acute visits or urgent care?

The practice states that it does not provide emergency physical or mental health services and does not have a clinician on call during off-hours; for emergencies, contact 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 48 hour cancellation notice is required. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may incur a $50 fee; no-shows are treated as late cancellations.
