"this is by far the most patient unfriendly and inconvenient practice: 1. There is a specific window during which you can come in for your shots — it is during working hours every day, so not work friendly. ... 4. They recently started making patients wait for 30 minutes (!!!) in the waiting room after the shot... Overall, very frustrating and unfriendly practice that seems to be only concerned with what works for them."

"My experience was that if you have any other kind of asthma aside from allergic asthma (exercise induced, non-allergic) you will be dismissed by their doctor. It's a shame because the rest of the staff are very nice and polite, the facilities are easily accessible, and the wait times are short."
