Common complaints
- Long wait times for appointments and difficulty getting same-day access

- Concerns regarding patient privacy and confidentiality in the clinic setting
- Dissatisfaction with referral processes and administrative responsiveness
- Perceived lack of compassion or inconsistent quality of care
"The care I received from NP Adreia Jessop and her MA Amber today fully exceeded what I would consider “required” care. I immediately felt comfortable and they both went above and beyond to answer so many questions I had and address and find solutions to the medical issues I am dealing with. If I could give these two 10+ stars I totally would!"
— Patient review via Rehab.com/Google"Family health center here in Kelso is very unprofessional. I dislike the fact that they start asking you health questions in front of everyone. I have been there twice ever since I had so switch over from Kaiser. Both receptionist had conversations that should be private. The place is a very small place and patients information should be kept confidential."
— Patient review via Birdeye/Google"We see Melissa & she is awesome! She really listens! Sometimes referrals take time, but she sends them right away... Appointments are a couple months out, but if you call right at 8am for a same day appointment, they can usually get you in."
