We operate in a direct access state where, if your insurance plan authorizes self-referral to physical therapy, a physician referral is not necessary for you to be seen by a licensed therapist. Check with your insurance though as some plans require a physician’s referral for coverage.

We will gladly file claims with your insurance company on your behalf after obtaining your insurance ID card to ensure accurate information.

How long is the initial evaluation?

Your therapist will conduct an evaluation lasting between 60-90 minutes to create a program tailored to your needs.

What should I bring to my first visit?

Referral slip from physician (if applicable), your medical insurance card, and your ID; if a worker’s compensation or auto claim, bring the claim information.
