Common complaints

  • rudeness and lack of courtesy from reception staff
  • frequent turnover of medical providers
  • concerns about provider bedside manner
  • frustration with appointment scheduling and cancellations

"I'd maybe put a four if they kept a doctor longer than 3 months, reception is rude and bitter. Most doctors bedside manner is that of a corrections officer. Though they have amazing case manager, MAT help and a couple great therapists."

Birdeye/Google user review

"The receptionist I dealt with was very caring and helpful. Not all the receptionists are though."
