What Patients Say

Overall sentiment across review platforms: mixed

  • Birdeye/Google: 2.2 out of 5 stars (93 reviews)

  • some staff members are caring and helpful
  • appreciation for case management, MAT help, and specific therapists

Common complaints

  • rudeness and poor attitude of reception staff
  • inconsistent service and negative experiences with appointment management/cancellation
  • criticism of some providers' bedside manner

"I'd maybe put a four if they kept a doctor longer than 3 months, reception is rude and bitter. Most doctors bedside manner is that of a corrections officer. Though they have amazing case manager, MAT help and a couple great therapists."

Birdeye user review

"The receptionist I dealt with was very caring and helpful. Not all the receptionists are though."
