What is the appointment process at Women's Medical Associates?
Please call the office at 575.522.9793. Our front office staff will be happy to help you. We are currently accepting new patients by appointment.
Can walk-in appointments be accommodated?
We cannot accommodate walk-in requests for exams or consultations with a provider, but same day testing for pregnancy, bladder infections, and blood pressure checks is easily arranged if you call early in the day.
What about scheduling urgent problems?
Every effort will be made to schedule urgent problems as quickly as possible.
Do you accept insurance?
Our practice accepts most insurances, and co-pays and co-insurance portions are expected at the time of service. Self-pay patients are offered a prompt-pay discount if paid in full at time of service. For new patients, we will need your insurance information and cannot schedule your appointment without it.
What documents should patients bring to appointments?
All patients need to bring their insurance information and a photo ID to their appointments. Please expect to update your information at each visit and for OB patients, at least monthly.
How can patients access online records and appointments?
We will be asking for your email address which will allow online access to your records; after registration you will receive a username and password and a link usually within 24 hours or less. Access to the link is usually valid for 72 hours.
