What is included in the membership?

Primary care visits, same-day visits for mild acute illnesses, annual wellness visit, access via multiple channels, coordination with outside specialists, urine dips & pregnancy testing, ear irrigations & strep testing, suture/staple removals, minor wound care, discounted lab testing, flu/COVID/RSV testing, EKG.

What may have additional fees?

Urine cultures & drug screens, Pap smears & strep cultures, soft tissue injections, moderate wound care.

What is not included?

Specialty care, hospital/ER/urgent care, imaging & outside procedures, advanced or out-of-scope care, services outside scope of practice, stimulant prescriptions, long-term controlled substance treatment.

Do I still need insurance?

We don't bill insurance for our membership services, but we recommend keeping insurance for things like hospital stays, specialist visits, and imaging. Soza DPC works great alongside a high-deductible plan!

Can I do telehealth appointments?

Absolutely! All members have access to telehealth through our secure patient portal. See your provider from the comfort of your couch.

How quickly can I get an appointment?

We offer same-day appointments for mild acute illnesses during practice hours. No more waiting weeks to be seen!

Is there a contract?

Yep! No long-term contracts here. Cancel anytime.

How enrollment works?

Enrollment is quick and easy — enroll securely through our patient portal. One-time $50 enrollment fee, then $75 per month for each member.
