All after-hour calls to our office will be handled by our answering service. Non-urgent requests are forwarded to the office and addressed the following day during normal business hours. Calls regarding sick children are handled by our Nurse Triage Telephone Service; wait time for a return call is approximately 30 to 60 minutes. The triage nurse cannot fill prescriptions or make appointments.
