Who can receive services?

Any qualified client, current or new, living in Virginia, without health insurance, and with income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level for 2024.

New Patient: What are the qualifications to become a patient?

Any qualified client, current or new, may contact the clinic during regular hours to make an appointment.

Client Registration Requirements: What documents/information are needed at registration?

Once an appointment is provided, clients must provide: full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, sex, race; Proof of Residency; Proof of Income; list of current medications and allergies.
