Behavioral Health fees follow a sliding fee scale – A reduced rate is available for those under 200% of the federal poverty level. Current Sliding Fees are as follows: Up to 100% of current Federal Poverty Level – a nominal fee of $20 per visit including approved* lab fees; From 101-133% – $30 per visit including approved* lab fees; From 134-166% – $35 per visit including approved* lab fees; From 167-200% – $40 per visit including approved* lab fees. *Approved lab fees are medically necessary labs for a primary (non-specialty) setting to treat the underlying condition being treated in the visit.
