What is the monthly Skin Spa credit program?

Each month, you get $200 credit applicable toward services (some exclusions). Credits accumulate toward higher-priced services and are limited to full-price services; cannot be combined with other promotions.

What are the membership terms?

Memberships are cancelable at any time, before the 20th of each month, after 3 months (or 6 months for the 3-month initial offer). Fee billed on the 1st of each month and cannot be combined with other offers, non-transferable, no cash value.

Is there a policy on refunds or exchanges?

No refunds or credit for lesser value services.
