We are a cash pay practice and currently do not accept insurance of any kind. However, we can provide you with an itemized Superbill and payment verification form that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement for provider visits. You may use HSA/FSA dollars to help cover costs.

Montana Functional Health offices are located at 235 N 1st Street W, Suite B. If you’re familiar with Missoula, our newly remodeled clinic is located in the old ZACC building, just east of the northside KettleHouse brewery.

Yes, absolutely. All of our services can be offered in a “virtual” manner if you prefer. We can “meet” over video and manage all ongoing correspondence via secure & HIPAA-compliant messaging.
