Is Delta Dental Premier Plan the only in-network insurance?

Yes, we are ONLY in network with Delta Dental (Premier Plan); other plans may be out-of-network.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we accept new dental patients. Whether it is an appointment for just you or your entire family, we are happy to serve you. Please call the office to set up your appointment.

Do you accept all insurance plans?

As a courtesy we can file claims with most insurances, but we are ONLY in network with ONE insurance company, which is DELTA DENTAL (PREMIER PLAN). If you do not have Delta Dental Premier Plan, you will need to make sure your insurance carrier will pay an “Out of Network” dentist. Many plans do pay out of network but some plans do not. It is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance to verify.

Do you accept emergency appointments?

Yes, for our current patients. Sometimes, we can find you a quicker appointment at our Nappanee or Middlebury locations if our Elkhart location has no more available emergency appointments.
