Do you take insurance?

Some (not all) of our therapists accept certain insurances, including Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, 1199 and Oscar insurances. Availability with providers who take insurance is often limited, so be sure to check with us when you call or email. You may also ask us when you call our intake line. If your therapist does not accept insurance or you have an insurance type that is not listed above, you may qualify to be reimbursed for a portion of your payment by submitting an Out-of-Network claim. To find out more, call your insurance company and ask about your “Out-of-Network Benefits”.

What are the session fees?

For individual therapy, out-of-pocket session rates range from $90-$150 depending on the provider. We also offer reduced-rate sessions with our graduate student counselors.

How can I cancel or reschedule?

Life happens, right? If you need to cancel, we won’t hold it against you. We will always reserve your appointment slot for you, no matter what. Please inform us with at least 48-hours’ notice if you need to cancel in order to avoid the cancellation fee.
