Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy
When an appointment is missed, our first concern is the patient’s safety and well-being and that nothing unfortunate has occurred. However, failure to show up and same-day cancellations prevent other patients from being seen. As a result of same-day cancellations and no-shows, TPMG Coastal Endocrinology – Newport News will assess the following fees for same-day cancellations and no-show appointments: Follow-up appointments: $25. Fees are assessed per occurrence and must be paid at least 48 hours before the patient’s next scheduled appointment or that appointment will be canceled.
