Short-Term Stay After Hospital Admission

Patients that have been admitted to a hospital for a minimum of three nights may have the option for a short-term stay in our center to receive 24-hour Nursing care and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy up to seven-days each week. Patients may also request a short-term Respite in-patient stay for periods of a few days to several months.

Permanent In-patient Stay Admission

Patients that require a permanent in-patient stay may be admitted from the Hospital, Assisted Living Facility or Home after receiving an admission order from their primary physician.

Recovery Program for COVID-19

Our Recovery Program is designed for individuals who have been diagnosed with COVID-19, required hospitalization, and are now in the recovery phase. We provide a caring environment to meet the rehabilitation and nursing needs to help you return to your prior level of function.

Telemedicine

Our portable Telemedicine equipment is state-of-the-art and available during the day, after hours, or on weekends without the need for the resident to leave the comfort of their own bed.
