What Patients Say

Overall sentiment across review platforms: mixed

  • Rehab.com: 3.7/5 (55 reviews)

Patients praise

  • Clean and pleasant facility environment
  • Many patients report excellent and thorough medical care from individual providers
  • Professional and friendly staff in certain departments, such as PT and imaging
  • Availability of same-day walk-in services

Common complaints

  • Difficulty scheduling or lack of available appointments
  • Long wait times for walk-in or scheduled visits
  • Cancellation of patient shuttle service affecting accessibility
  • Reports of rude or unpleasant front desk and nursing staff interactions
  • Perceived lack of care or ineffective treatment for certain conditions, particularly substance abuse and chronic pain

"Recently was told that they have canceled their patient shuttle service which has been a huge plus for those of us with mobility issues. Getting to the front door of the clinic from the parking lot that is a few Hundred Yards away becomes incredibly difficult if not impossible."

User review on LocalityBiz

"The facility is always extremely clean and cheery. The dr that I see on a normal basis is fantastic and I have gone to a few other drs who are just as thoughtful and caring. On occasion the people at the front desk can be a bit unpleasant which is unfortunate because otherwise it would have been a five start rating."

User review on LocalityBiz

"Terrible wait time. We waited over 2 hours before we actually were able to see a doctor. Had a baby with me who wasn’t able to eat or be changed because I left the diaper bag in the car as I didn’t anticipate this extremely long wait just for another child to be seen for a cough."
